A different way
to sell a home.
Havenline is a US private-sale real-estate service and a network of locally owned franchise offices β the tools and local support a listing agent would bundle into a commission, sold instead for a flat fee.
See how it worksWhat Havenline is
Havenline is a US private-sale (βfor sale by ownerβ) real-estate service and a network of locally owned franchise offices. It helps people sell their own home β without hiring a traditional listing agent and without paying a percentage commission β by supplying the pricing work, professional photos, marketing, yard signage, listing syndication, paperwork, and a local guide to call, all for a flat package fee.
You sell your home. Havenline gives you the tools and the local support a listing agent would normally roll into their commission.
The local-office model
Havenline is a franchise network, and each local office is independently owned and operated.
- Territory is exclusive and sold by ZIP3 β the first three digits of a US ZIP code. One office owns a whole ZIP3, so there is exactly one Havenline office responsible for any covered area.
- The local person you work with is your Havenline guide. The exact role varies by office β Franchise owner, Broker of record, Managing partner, or Sales guide β but the guide is your single point of contact for the consultation, the quote, and support through the sale.
- Because each office is an independent business, pricing, the exact mix of services, and support for an existing listing are all local.
The network today is 60 offices across 37 states, from New York, Boston, and Washington DC to Atlanta, Miami, Nashville, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, and Los Angeles. Whether a specific address is covered is always confirmed against the office directory rather than assumed.
The boundary that defines it
Havenline is not your listing agent and does not represent you or the buyer as a fiduciary. The seller and the buyer deal directly with each other and make their own decisions β what to ask, which offer to take, whether to counter. Where a step legally requires a licensed professional β MLS placement, or the closing β that step is handled by a licensed person: a broker of record or licensed partner for the MLS, and a title and escrow company or a real estate attorney for the closing.
Havenline also does not guarantee an outcome, and does not give legal, tax, or mortgage advice. Those go to the right professional.
Who it is for
Homeowners who want to sell privately but not unsupported: people comfortable talking to buyers directly and setting their own showing schedule, who would rather keep the commission than pay a percentage of the sale price. Both first-time and repeat sellers use it. It is not for sellers who want an agent to represent and negotiate for them, or who want a promise about price or timing β that is a traditional brokerage relationship, which Havenline does not provide.
A note on this demo
Havenline is a fictional company. This site exists to demonstrate an AI support agent, and everything on it β the offices, the guides, the listings, the phone numbers, and the pricing β is illustrative sample data, not a real business or a real offer.
