Everything behind
a Havenline sale.

Selling privately doesn't mean selling unsupported. These are the guides behind each step of a Havenline sale — where your listing shows up, how it's priced, and what happens from the first showing to the closing table.

Listing syndication and the MLS

A Havenline listing goes live on havenline.com and syndicates to the major US home-search portals — Realtor.com, Zillow, and Redfin — so a buyer searching any of those sites finds your home the same way they find agent-listed homes.

The MLS itself is limited to licensed brokers and their members; a private seller cannot post to it directly. Where your office offers MLS syndication, your listing reaches the local MLS through the office’s licensed broker of record or a licensed partner — not through Havenline acting as a brokerage. Whether MLS syndication is included depends on your package and your local office; confirm it with your office rather than assuming it. Syndication is one piece of the package alongside the pricing report, photos, yard sign, call handling, and paperwork support — never sold as an MLS-only product.

For buyers

Buying a Havenline home works differently from buying through a listing agent — see the buyer’s guide for how browsing, showings, offers, and closing work from the buyer’s side.
