The photos that carry your listing,
and the sign that works your street.
Most buyers meet a home through its photos before they ever see it in person. Here's what a Havenline package includes for marketing your home in person and online.
See what's includedProfessional photos
Havenline includes a professional photoshoot in its standard packages. A local photographer arranged by your office shoots the home, and the images are used across your listing and every portal it syndicates to.
Higher tiers can add:
- A 3D virtual tour buyers can walk through online.
- A floor plan.
- Twilight or drone shots, where the office offers them.
The photos are yours to use for the listing. Havenline does not claim they will produce a particular number of showings or a particular price β they are marketing, not a guarantee.
The yard sign
Havenline installs its yard sign at the property, with rider cards (for example, βFor Sale by Owner with Havenline,β a phone number, or a QR code to the listing) and directional arrows for open houses. The sign does real work: it captures drive-by and neighborhood interest and points it back to the listing and the call-handling line rather than interrupting you directly.
Sign placement follows your HOA and any local sign rules; your local office knows what its area allows.
What to expect
- Photos and the sign are included in the standard packages; the exact mix (3D tour, floor plan, drone) depends on the tier and on what your local office offers.
- Scheduling the shoot is part of listing setup and is arranged by the office.
- Neither photos nor signage change what Havenline is: you still sell the home and keep the decisions.
